QuickBooks Desktop Purchase Order Sync
You can now sync your FieldPulse purchase orders with QuickBooks Desktop! Once enabled, the sync will be triggered by newly created and updated purchase orders, pushing them directly to QuickBooks Desktop.

Customer Portal Comments
Comments left on Job and Project records can also be sent to the Customer Portal, making them viewable by your customers. This allows you to use the Customer Portal as a communication medium while automatically documenting these communications within the related Job and Projects in FieldPulse. This functionality is currently only available on our web app.

Deducting Inventory
You can now specify which record should be used by default for inventory deductions. Choose from one of the following records:
Material Lists - inventory will be deducted when the Material List reaches the Completed status.
Invoices - inventory will be deducted when the Invoice reaches the Invoiced / Finalized status.
