Overview
The FieldPulse Engage web application supports blind transfers. This is the only type of transfer currently available.
Blind Transfer
A blind transfer means you transfer the call immediately to another party without speaking to them first. This is different from an attended or warm transfer, where you would first speak with the receiving party to let them know about the caller or to confirm they can take the call, and then complete the transfer.
To perform a blind transfer, press the Transfer button on the incoming call.
