There’s a new Purchase Order feature available in FieldPulse! You can now generate your Reece PO and submit it without leaving the FieldPulse Web App!
Before you get started, you will need to set up your integration. Navigate to the Company Settings portion of your dashboard and click on Features and Plugins. Scroll down to Integrations. Find Reece. Click Enable.
You will be prompted to enter in your Reece MaX credentials.
**Note: You must be the administrator of both FieldPulse and Reece maX to set up this integration.
You will also need to Enable the Purchase Orders Feature. Under Company Settings, Features & Plugins, and hit 'enable' on POs.
Now you are ready to get started!
Step One: Navigate to your left hand menu and click on the Purchase Orders Tab.
Step Two: On the Purchase Orders page, look to the top right corner and click Create Order.
Step Three: Click in the Supplier search box and look for Reece maX in the dropdown menu.
Step Four: Once you've found Reece maX, click Select Supplier.
Step Five: Enter the vendor order number in the search box, select either Pickup or Delivery. If required, enter the delivery address.
Please note: If you select Pickup, the address will default to your Reece Home Branch.
Step Six: Enter the customer name for the order. Start typing in the Customer Name field and choose an existing customer, or click Create New Customer to add a new one.
When adding a new customer you'll add their account type (individual or company), name, email and full address, then click Save Customer.
Step Seven: Once you've added a customer, you will enter the Assigned Team Member (it will default to the PO creator), Order Title and you can choose to link the PO to an existing Invoice, Quote or create it as a standalone PO by selecting None.
Step Eight: Start adding items to the Purchase Order! Click in the Item search bar and start typing to pull up a list of all Reece parts matching your search. When you find the part you're looking for, click Add item.
Once you have added a line item you can repeat the process for any additional items you want to add to your PO. Don't forget to set the quantity of each item.
You can edit items by clicking the pen icon and delete items by clicking the red X.
Step Nine: When you have finished adding items, you can add further instructions or notes in the text box fields at bottom left.
Step Ten: Double check your PO. Check the subtotal and total. If everything is looking good, your PO is ready to send to Reece.
Step Eleven: Scroll to the top and click Save.
Step Twelve: Review the PO details and make any last edits to the order. If everything looks good, click Order. This will send the PO to Reece.
You will see a confirmation that the order has successfully been placed with Reece. Once the items have been processed, this order will show up in your maX account.
