Use the Invoices > Serialized Inventory tab to create reports based on serialized inventory data including serial number, unit cost, item name, and more. A common serialized inventory report is serialized inventory by hub.
Create a Serialized Inventory Report
Date Range
Begin by selecting the start date range for which you’d like to report on. Click on the calendar icon to select a date range and click Load Data.
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time
Yesterday: Previous day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week
Last Week: Previous week
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today
This Month: From the first of the current month to the current day
Last Month: Entire month before the current month
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today
Custom: Use the calendar to select start and end dates
Columns
Select the columns to include in your report by clicking Columns. The serialized inventory report includes these columns by default:
Item Name: Line item name
Serial Number: Serial number
ID Number: ID number
Unit Cost: Unit cost for serialized item
Reference Number: Reference number
Received At: Date and time the serialized item was received
Created At: Date and time the serialized item was created
Hub: Hub where item is located
Asset Template: Linked asset template
Item Description: Item description
Parent Unit Cost: Unit cost of parent line item
Parent Unit Price: Unit price of parent line item
Tax: Yes/No
Type: Product - Inventory
Item ID#/SKU: Item #/SKU
UPC: UPC/barcode
Tags: Tags on line item
Filters
Before running the report, set filters to narrow your results. From the Filters icon, select how you want to filter the report:
Item Name: filter by contents
Serial Number: filter by contents
ID Number: filter by contents
Reference Number: filter by contents
Received At: filter by date
Created At: filter by date
Hub: select hub
Asset Template: select template
Item Description: filter by contents
Type: filter by contents
Item ID#/SKU: filter by contents
Tags: filter by contents
When filtering by contents, you will need to choose an operator and then enter values to filter the data. Use the table below to learn more about each operator.

Use this report to view each serialized inventory item grouped by the parent line item.
Columns: Customize to your needs
Group By: Item Name
Serialized Inventory by Hub
Use this report to view each serialized inventory item and where each item is stored.
Columns: Customize to your needs, but must include Item Name, Serial Number, and Hub.
Group By: Hub
