How to import your data
Option 1: Self-Import via FieldPulse — Free
Download one of our import templates, insert your data, and upload the file directly inside the FieldPulse Web App. For Company Settings, you’ll fill out the template the same way and email it to our support team — we handle the upload from there. Option 2: Accounting Integration
Connect QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or Xero to FieldPulse and your Customers, Line Items, Estimates, Invoices, and Payments will sync over automatically. See our step-by-step accounting integration guides for setup instructions.Option 3: Data Migration by a FieldPulse Data Engineer — Paid service
If you’re moving from another platform and don’t want to manage the import yourself, our Data Engineering team can migrate your data for you. Migrations typically run during onboarding and training. Most migrations finish within 4–6 weeks. Once our engineers review a sample of your data, they’ll give you an exact timeline.
